Challenges for agencies delivering accessibility
Don’t know what to sell to clients
You have new builds coming in and recurring revenue clients, but you don’t know what services to sell to whom. Nor do you know what to promise with your services.
You’ve seen WCAG, ADA, Section 508, EAA, Trusted Tester, and a whole slew of other acronyms. But you don’t know what rules apply to what clients or how to create a sustainable accessibility approach for your agency.
Don’t have internal resources to deliver
You have your niche, and you’re good at it. But you don’t have the people & processes to deliver accessibility.
The DHS Trusted Tester certification takes 150+ hours to complete for someone new to accessibility. And that only covers testing of WCAG 2.0.
You just don’t know what you don’t know.
Scalable solutions for agencies
Clear solutions ready to sell to clients
Ready-to-go packages for selling to your existing recurring revenue clients & new builds.
An accessibility monitoring & remediation program that’s done for you with an implementation guide.
A partner who understands and keeps up to date on current accessibility standards, guidelines, rules, and certifications.
Done for you or done with you
We have processes ready to hand to your internal staff so they can start delivering more accessible results. We can white label part or all of the delivery.
We have a monitoring & remediation program implementation plan for agencies.
Your team members learn applicable accessibility criteria by following guides and receiving post-work checks instead of spending weeks learning rules.

Why work with Easy A11y Guide?
We work with agencies who are looking to meet various accessibility targets.
Tailored approach
When working with clients, we understand that not every client has the same standards they are looking to meet.
Not all budgets have room for comprehensive accessibility. We work with clients trying to meet various amounts of testing:
- No errors found on Axe test or no errors found on Lighthouse.
- Quick audit no errors found. The quick audit is mostly manual testing for key areas such as keyboard accessibility.
- Completed Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR built from the VPAT) to a specific level of WCAG.
Skilled professionals
We have a broad network of skilled testers both with and without disabilities who have a wide range of experience & certifications. We have work checked early & often to ensure that deliverables meet needs of users.
Our professionals have a long list of certifications including Trusted Tester, CPACC, WAS, and CPWA. Different professionals have different certifications.
Quality you can rely on
I was referred to Gen at Easy A11y Guide by Equalize Digital. Our blind sports not-for-profit needed an affordable, accessible website on a deadline. Accessibility is absolutely essential to our organization, since we serve members who are legally blind or vision impaired. Gen not only delivered, she has been an absolute professional, and a pleasure to work with. She’s one of the most knowledgeable developers I’ve worked with, and I would absolutely recommend her to any organization looking for best of class services and offerings.

Agency benefits
Our agency partners enjoy discounts on our services when they want to hire us for white label, and referral commissions if they want to refer out the work.
Monitoring & remediation plan
You have clients who need accessibility monitoring and/or remediation, but you don’t know how to implement it.
We have a monitoring & remediation system designed for agencies to implement. It includes two options: done for you or done with you.
Augmenting & outsourcing
If you are looking to incorporate accessibility into your new build projects, we have a number of options to suit your needs.
We have two standard approaches, augment your existing process or take over sections of your process. At each phase, you can choose to take either approach.
FAQs
Yes, we frequently white-label reports for agencies. Please note that some plugins and/or third-party services do have their own labeling on them.
We have many guides that your staff can follow and use for checking your agency’s internal work. Typically at the beginning of working with us, agencies are very dependent on our team. But over time, your staff will become familiar with the processes and be able to take over the different parts of the process yourself.
We can also provide dedicated training for your team.
Some services we can do rapid turnaround on, such as quick audits and design reviews. Full builds are dependent on our schedule, you should contact us for current booking times.
