Course access is delivered digitally and may begin immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final except as expressly stated in this policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases made on this Website, except on subscription renewals. If you need to refund a renewal, it must be requested within 14 calendar days of the renewal charge. You will be refunded 90% of the purchase price.

We do not offer refunds for digital course purchases once access has been granted, except in limited circumstances such as duplicate purchase, confirmed technical failure that we are unable to resolve, or another exception required by applicable law.
